SUPPLY OF IT EQUIPMENT FOR PSF PROJECT  

TENDER NOTICE NO. 02/2026

1. NUST College of E&ME Rawalpindi invites e-bids from well reputed, experienced and financially sound suppliers for “Supply of IT Equipment” for NUST College of E&ME, Rawalpindi” who are registered with PPRA E-Procurement on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS, V2.0) having Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and are Active Taxpayers List of the FBR.
2. Submission of Pay Order/Bank Draft of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) in favour of “Commandant, College of E&ME Rawalpindi”, Tender Process Fee and bid guarantee should be submitted before technical bid opening at below mentioned address.
3. The complete set of bidding documents containing description and detailed terms & conditions are available on E-PADS, V2.0 websites and bidders may obtain further information from NUST College of E&ME, Phone No 051-54444095 / 54444086. Manual submission without E-PADS will not be accepted / entertained.
4. Bids must be uploaded as per instruction given in bidding documents in E-PADS, V2.0 before 22 October 2026 at 1100 hours. The bids shall be valid for 90 working days from the date of submission. Bids submitted through E-PADS, V2.0 shall be opened on 22 October 2026 at 1130 hours in NUST College of E&ME in the presence of bidders who may choose to attend the bid opening meeting.
5. In case the opening date(s) is declared as a Public Holiday by the Government, the bid will be opened on the next day at the same time and place.
6. 6. NUST College of E&ME may reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid by invoking rule 33 of Public Rule (PPR) 2004.
