  1. Tuition Fee Payment.
    1. The fee must be paid in full including any outstanding dues, on receipt of fee invoice on QALAM and informed through email / SMS.

    3. The invoices shall be issued 30 days prior to the start of new semester with due date of 15 days before second day of start of semester for payment without fine and the second day of the semester for payment with fine.
    4. For summer semester, fee will be issued on Tuesday of second week of the semester with deadline of Wednesday of third week.
    5. Total time available is 30 days i.e.,15 days for payment without fine and 15 days ending on second day of semester for payment with 2 % fine.

    7. Payment in Instalments: If a student is unable to pay the fee due to financial challenges, he / she must seek the option of paying in instalments. The student shall submit request for 2x instalments on Qalam. In case a student needs three instalment, he/she shall submit request on hard copy instalment form through respective institute/school/college. Payment schedule that is satisfactory to the University when agreed shall be honored by the student.
    8. Students will only be allowed to register for the semester after deposit of university dues.
  2. Rectification of Anomalies. In case a student has any issue in Fee invoice, the same will be reported to the Accounts Officer for rectification / removal of errors from Fin Dte. After correction revised fee invoice will be issued by Fin Dte on QALAM.

    1. 2% fine will be applied on the total payable amount if dues are deposited after due date till second day of the semester.

 

  1. Sanction will be placed on all those students who failed to deposit the fee by second day of semester by not allowing to register for the semester or withholding of academic activities by the institute in case of PG students in research phase.
  2. Sanctions placed on the students, who failed to deposit the dues are as under: –
    • Suspension of the semester after second day of semester: The students will pay 25% of the fee for suspended semester to keep the registration intact.
    • No student would be allowed to register after second day of semester.
    • In case a PG Student (MS or PhD) is in research phase and not yet deposited the outstanding dues then his / her remaining academic activities (e.g., qualifier, thesis defence etc) will be withheld until clearance of outstanding dues.
    • It will be mandatory for PG (MS/PhD) students to clear the outstanding university dues before holding of final thesis defence.
    • Final result notification of PG (MS/PhD) will be withheld till clearance of outstanding dues.
    • In case of summer semester, following will be ensured:
      1. If student quits within first week, fee will be charged with no W grade and will be considered outstanding against the student in case of non-deposit.
      2. In case student doesn’t deposit the fee by due date, he/she will be de-registered with W grades along with outstanding
