NUST is setting up the stage to host the Pakistan round of the world’s largest event of its kind, the Philip C. Jessup 2023 Moot Court Competition!

We will be welcoming participants from across the country on January 25, 2023, for an exciting 4-day simulation of a fictional dispute between countries before the International Court of Justice, the judicial organ of the United Nations.

This year, the competition concerns the interpretation of a peace treaty, deadly attacks in allegedly occupied territory, unilateral economic sanctions, and the legal consequences of failing to properly dispose off hazardous waste.
