NUST signs MoU with Tech Avenue Pvt Ltd to explore R&I in AI, ML and Cyber Security

NUST and Tech Avenue Pvt Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding MoU on March 16, 2021, to promote research and innovation in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Machine Learning and Big Data. The MoU is of great significance as it will provide a platform for joint research and development in the aforementioned areas.
This MoU will also give both partners the opportunity to collaborate with each other in joint research grants and proposals at national and international levels, organising joint conferences, workshops, trainings and seminars, offering employee exchange opportunities. This aims at sharing the scientific and technical knowledge while extending the training opportunities to the staff/faculty to enhance their skillset and expertise.
Speaking at the occasion, Engr Javed Mahmood Bukhari, Rector NUST, said that this partnership will pave the way for future collaboration in the areas of mutual interest. Mr Obaid Ul Haq, CEO Tech Avenue Pvt Ltd, highlighted the key elements of the agreement and commended NUST for its achievements and initiatives.
