CEO Dante Labs visits NUST

The CEO of Dante Labs Genomics Italy, Mr Andrea Riposati, visited the Atta-ur-Rahman School of Applied Biosciences (ASAB) at NUST along with Senior Director Innovation, Mr Generoso Ianniciello, CEO of Dante Labs Genomics Pakistan, Mr Yasir Bajwa, and Manager of Dante Labs, Dr Maria Gulzaman. Genomic Centers are facilities that focus on studying genetic material, such as DNA sequencing and analysis. During their visit, the delegation met with Pro Rector RIC, Dr Rizwan Riaz, and Director ICON NUST to discuss the importance of genomic research facilities and their establishment at NUST. They also discussed the possibility of collaborating with ASAB NUST to offer discounted rates on Genome sequence analysis of various pathogens, genetic disorders, environmental microbes, plants, metagenomics, and phages. Additionally, Dante Lab Genomics expressed interest in providing internships to ASAB students.
