China-Pakistan Forum on “One Belt, One Road” Transportation and Logistics

The 2nd China-Pakistan Forum on “One Belt, One Road” Transportation and Logistics took place in China on September 13th, 2023.
This remarkable conference was a collaborative effort between Kashi University, Shandong Jiaotong University, and the National University of Sciences and Technology, with the China Study Centre (CSC) at NUST spearheading the organisation.
Leading the way were Ms Xiang Yang, Director CSC, Ms Saima Ashraf, Deputy Director CSC, and Ms Nawal Fatima, a Lecturer at CSC, who played pivotal roles in making this event a success.
Distinguished speakers from Pakistan included Engr Muhammad Asghar, Executive Director Higher Education Commission, Pakistan; Dr Ashfaque Hasan Khan, Principal and Professor School of Social Sciences and Humanities, NUST; and Dr Muhammad Irfan, Principal and Dean NUST School of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
