NUST School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science faculty members Professor Dr Rafia Mumtaz (Principal Investigator), Professor Dr. Ali Hassan (Co-PI) & Dr. Muhamad Daud Abdullah Asif (Co-PI) is teaming up with partners under the ERASMUS+ framework aimed at transforming cardiac healthcare in Pakistan through TeleCardio. This innovative initiative addresses the pressing need for swift and effective diagnostic and treatment approaches for cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), which account for a significant portion of mortality in the country.

Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are a major concern in Pakistan, but traditional ECG methods often fall short due to slow analysis and limited accessibility. TeleCardio: a game-changer that combines cutting-edge tech and AI for real-time monitoring and analysis of heart rhythms!
