NUST Formula Student Team Unveils State-of-the-Art Hybrid Vehicle for Formula Student UK 2024

The NUST Formula Student Team proudly unveiled their latest innovation, the “NAS HV 2024,” a cutting-edge hybrid vehicle set to compete in the prestigious Formula Student UK 2024 Event at Silverstone. The unveiling took place at the Beach Luxury Hotel,
marking a significant milestone for Pakistani engineering and automotive excellence.

Fabricated by the talented undergraduate students of PNEC NUST, the NAS HV 2024 represents the culmination of months of dedication, ingenuity, and teamwork. With a top speed of approximately 220 KM/hr. this marvel of engineering features a hybrid system powered by a CBR 600 F4i Engine and a dual motor setup on the front wheel, all within a sleek and lightweight frame weighing just 280 kg.

The unveiling event was graced by esteemed guests including Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori , and PNEC Commandant Commodore Tauqeer Ahmed Khwaja SI(M), who commended the remarkable achievements of the NUST students. Governor Sindh expressed delight at the progress and success of the students, announcing a special dinner in honor of the entire team along with the prestigious
Governor’s Gold Medal.

Commandant PNEC echoed Governor Sindh’s sentiments, emphasizing Pakistan Navy Engineering College’s commitment to excellence, and recognizing the NUST Formula Student Team as a source of pride and inspiration for engineering students nationwide.
