NUST Hosts Grand High Achievers Awards Ceremony to Honour Exceptional Students
NUST Jinnah Auditorium was adorned with grandeur on the 25th of May, 2023, as the esteemed High Achievers Awards Ceremony took place. This annual event, meticulously organised by the Student Affairs Directorate, serves as a platform to recognise the remarkable accomplishments of NUST students in various domains, both at the national and international levels. The ceremony not only applauds the individual achievements but also celebrates the pride these students bring to their respective institutions and NUST as a whole.
The distinguished occasion was graced by the presence of Pro-Rector Academics Dr. Osman Hassan (Taghma-e-Imtiaz) who honored the
ceremony as the chief guest.
The year 2022 witnessed a staggering number of 224 students from various institutions within NUST who were deemed eligible for this prestigious accolade. The ceremony specifically aimed to recognise the High Achievers from NUST Campuses of Islamabad (H-12), Military College of Signals (MCS), College of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering (CEME), Military College of Engineering (MCE) and College of Aeronautical Engineering (CAE).
Commencing with a recitation from the Holy Quran, the event transitioned smoothly to remarks delivered by Mr. Asad Mehmood [Sitara-e-Imitiaz (Military)], the Director of Student Affairs, and Pro-Rector Academics Dr. Osman Hassan (Tamgha-e-Imtiaz). These speeches set the tone for an evening filled with celebration and admiration for the exceptional talent within NUST’s student body.
As the ceremony unfolded, deserving students were bestowed with certificates and medals, each representing their outstanding accomplishments within a specific category. This heartfelt recognition not only validated their hard work and dedication but also served as a testament to their excellence in their respective fields.
