NUST Hosts South Asian Delegation for HEC & World Bank Conference on Regional Cooperation

Islamabad – The National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) hosted the esteemed South Asian Delegation as part of the HEC & World Bank conference on “Promoting South Asia Regional Cooperation in Higher Education.”

The delegation, led by Dr Noor Amna Malik (NAHE, HEC) and representatives from the World Bank, was accompanied by Dr Rizwan Riaz, Pro Rector (RIC), for a comprehensive presentation on NUST’s achievements in education, research, and innovation. Following the presentation, the delegates embarked on a guided tour of the NUST campus, exploring pioneering initiatives at the USPCAS-E, NSTP, and SINES.

The visit, held on January 14, 2025, highlighted NUST’s role as a leader in regional collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the advancement of higher education in South Asia.
