NUST, in partnership with Accelerate Prosperity
NUST, in partnership with Accelerate Prosperity (an initiative of the Aga Khan Development Network), concluded the Certification in Sustainable Innovation (CSI) 2025, a national incubation program supporting 20 climate-focused startups across Pakistan.
Accredited by the Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination and funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), Germany, through the KfW Development Bank, the 3-month program provided technical training, advisory support and product testing access at NUST.
The closing ceremony at NSTP, NUST, featured addresses by Ms Rohma Labeeb (Country Director, Accelerate Prosperity Pakistan), Mr Muhammad Ali Khan (General Manager, NUST) and Mr Muhammad Arif Goher (Executive Director, Global Climate Change Impact Studies, MoCC).
Top ventures, including The Natural Fiber Company, showcased green solutions, with select startups eligible for subsidized debt financing. The event highlighted NUST’s ongoing commitment to supporting climate innovation and sustainable entrepreneurship in Pakistan.
