NUST JSPPL Hosts Kashmir Day Poster Competition Highlighting Voices, Rights and Resilience
NUST Jinnah School of Public Policy and Leadership (JSPPL) organized a Poster Competition on Kashmir Day on 11 February 2026 under the theme “Remembering Kashmir: Voices, Rights, and Resilience.” The event, initiated by the Department of Pakistan Studies, General Education, JSPPL, aimed to foster critical awareness among students about the historical, legal, and humanitarian dimensions of the Kashmir issue.
Students participated enthusiastically, presenting creative and research-based posters under sub-themes including historical context, human rights and international law, voices of Kashmir, and media narratives. The competition reflected students’ analytical depth, creativity, and engagement with issues of self-determination, civil liberties, and representation.
The event was coordinated by Dr. Adeela Ghazanfar and Dr. Gul-i-Ayesha Bhatti and concluded with the distribution of prizes among the winning students by Dr Hassan Jalil Principal, JSPPL, and Dr Saqib Anjum, Associate Dean General Education.
