NUST Welcomes Abbottabad Public School Students for Educational Exposure Visit
NUST hosted a delegation of students from Abbottabad Public School (APS) as part of an educational exposure visit aimed at familiarizing students with the University’s academic, research and innovation landscape. The delegation was provided with an overview of NUST by Ms. Maryam Akmal, Head of Placements, highlighting its academic programs, multidisciplinary environment, research and innovation ecosystem, industry linkages and opportunities available to students.
The students were subsequently taken on a tour of various NUST schools and facilities, including SCME, SINES, SMME and NSTP. Faculty members and representatives from the respective schools briefed the students on academic programs, ongoing research, technological advancements, innovation initiatives and the diverse disciplines offered at NUST.
The visit reflects NUST’s commitment to engaging with young learners and encouraging them to explore opportunities in science, technology, research and innovation.
