NUSTians Secure Gold Medal at ICPC Asia Topi Regional Onsite Contest

NUST is pleased to announce that the team from the Deep Learning Lab at SEECS-NUST — Muhammad Arsalan Khan, Muhammad Athar, and Mati ur Rahman, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Faisal Shafait — has secured a Gold Medal at the 2024 ICPC Asia Topi Regional Onsite Contest.

The International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) is the world’s largest and most prestigious algorithmic programming competition for university students. This year, the SEECS team marked a historic milestone for NUST, achieving its best-ever performance with a podium finish. Their remarkable achievement underscores NUST’s growing excellence in competitive programming and reflects the university’s unwavering commitment to nurturing talent, fostering innovation, and equipping students with exceptional problem-solving skills.
