Professor Dr Rafia Mumtaz invited as a distinguished speaker at IOFS
The Islamic Organization for Food Security (IOFS) organized a Forum on Advanced Agri-Tech in Doha, Qatar, on October 2, 2023, bringing together experts, researchers, and enterprise leaders to share insights, innovations, and advancements in the field of agriculture technology.
IOFS invited Professor Dr Rafia Mumtaz from NUST as a distinguished speaker to present her work at the 2nd Islamic Organization for Food Security (IOFS) a high-level forum on food security.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Rafia shared her research findings on the IoT and AI-enabled System developed by her lab for Crop Disease Monitoring. Officials and firms from the international community attended the forum showed keen interest in the innovative work and expressed the desire to collaborate with NUST.
