NUST hosts Rector of Islamic University Uganda, signs DoU for collaboration

Prof. Ismail Simbwa Gyagenda, Rector of Islamic University in Uganda visited NUST on March 28, 2022. The Rector had a centralised meeting with the Pro-Rector (Academics) at the Main Office where mutual areas of collaboration between relevant departments of NUST and IUIU were discussed. Later, NUST and IUIU, Uganda also inked a Document of Understanding (DoU) to collaborate with each other.

COMSTECH will facilitate NUST for future collaborations between NUST and IUIU, Uganda. Before the departure, Rector IUIU also met with Principal US-Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Energy (USPCAS-E) and visited different labs, equipment and facilities at USPCAS-E.
