SEECS Team wins APPCON 2020 by Telenor Microfinance Bank

Telenor Microfinance Bank’s initiative for aspiring individuals in the country towards digital application development. The winners were shortlisted from a pool of 24 registrations that came from leading educational institutes of Pakistan. The team has won a prize of PKR 175,000 and an internship opportunity at Telenor.
Its app “Cheerio” is an employee recognition platform that functions internal to an organisation where employees can cheer for other employees based on certain characteristics and traits. It aims to increase productivity and motivation in an organisation, where employees are recognised for their actions and behaviour, with certain perks attached to that.
