SEECS students bag 2nd position in #Hack4Impact hackathon by Stacks Pakistan
NUST is proud to announce that Osama Nadeem and Haseeb Syed, students from NUST School of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (SEECS,) have secured 2nd position in #Hack4Impact; the first hackathon conducted by Stacks Pakistan; a community-led chapter of the Stacks Ecosystem. Stacks Ecosystem is a global collection of independent entities, developers and community members united by the mission of building a user-owned Internet on Bitcoin.
The first runner-up project “Vigilance Software” by the team from SEECS analyses and statistically reviews the real-time participation of students in an online class by using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve the overall experience. It is one of the first products to use distributed Machine Learning (ML) by utilising the hype around the crypto market.
Congratulations to the team for this tremendous achievement. The NUST Family wishes them success in their future endeavours!
