TENDER NOTICE

Furniture & Fixtures, NUST Chip Design Centre, SINES Building,
NUST H-12 Islamabad

1. NUST invites sealed bids from well reputed Furniture & fixtures suppliers/firms
having extensive interior design experience and completed portfolio
projects, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments as furniture
supplier and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue
for Supply of Furniture for NCDC NUST H-12 Islamabad as per detail available in
tender documents.
2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at
below mentioned address during working hours. Same shall be obtained by
submission of Rs.3000/- cash.
3. The bids shall follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure, prepared in
accordance with the instructions in the bidding document and the bids must be
submitted via PPRA EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) and must
also physically reach at under mentioned address on or before 1100 hours on 02
May 2024. Technical Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the
presence of Local Purchase Committee (LPC) and available representatives of
firms.
4. NCDC reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
