FOR THE PROCUREMENT / SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT FOR

“MISCELLANEOUS IT EQUIPMENT FOR ICT BRANCH”

National Institute of Transportation (NIT) Risalpur, a constituent institute of National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) invites sealed bids from the original manufacturers / authorized distributors / suppliers / contractors, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for the procurement / supply of Miscellaneous IT Equipment For ICT Branch (Complete Specifications / quantities are mentioned in the tender documents)

1. Bidding documents containing the detailed terms & conditions can be obtained on payment of Rs. 3000/- (non-refundable) through DD/Pay Order in the name of “National Institute of Transportation, NIT” from Assistant Manager ICT, National Institute of Transportation, Risalpur during working hours (0900 – 1700 hours).
2. Quotations shall be submitted as per the requirement of the tender documents.
3. Sealed technical and financial bids in separate envelopes (both envelopes to be placed in a 3^rd envelope) should reach the following address latest by 8^th April 2024 at 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day in Conference Hall of “National Institute of Transportation, NIT”, Risalpur. The Financial bids will be opened at 1500 hours on 8^th April 2024 (Same day). This advertisement is also available on PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) as well as on NUST website (www.nust.edu.pk).
