NOTICE FOR PREQUALIFICATION & INVITATION TO BID

(CLOSED FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR B&R CIVIL WORKS)

1. Works Directorate, National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), intends to prequalify contractors for subsequent Invitations to Bids and to sign a Closed Framework Agreement for B&R Works with the successful bidder (s) for 12 months following completion of the bidding process. Only, the prequalified applicants shall be entitled to participate in the subsequent procurement proceedings:

3. The prequalification process is open to all National Applicants fulfilling the eligibility requirements specified in the Prequalification Documents.
4. Complete Prequalification & Bidding Documents containing detailed terms, specifications, and instructions are accessible online via EPADS v2.0 at:

5. All applications and e-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of applications shall not be entertained.

7. In case of a public holiday on the day of submission/opening, bids will be received/opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
8. In terms of Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified and details are available on the Procuring Agency’s and PPRA’s websites.
9. NUST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in light of PPR Rule 33 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
