1. Sealed quotations are invited through e-PADS e-submission from the reputed firms registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS), Tax departments and must be shown in Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for supply of IT and Electronics Equipment, Desktop PCs, (Branded and customized), UPS, Function Generator, Oscilloscope, STM Board, Multimeters, IC Testers, SDR Kits etc.
2. Detailed specifications and other requirement can be obtained from the published tender at PPRA ePADS 2.0. All e-bids must be submitted through e-PADS 2.0. Manual submission without e-PADS will not be accepted/entertained.
3. A bank draft/ payorder of Rs. 5,000/- as e-submission processing fee must be provided in person or through courier. No bid shall be accepted without e-submission processing fee.
4. Bids must be submitted as per procedure and requirement defined in published tender at ePADS 2.0 before 28.10.2026 at 10:30 hrs. Bids submitted through e-PADS 2.0 shall be opened on same day at 1100 hrs in Conference Room SEECS, NUST Campus, Sector H-12, Islamabad in the presence of bidders who may choose to attend the bid opening meeting.
