TENDER NOTICE – SUPPLY OF LAB EQUIPMENT

1. The School of Civil & Environmental Engineering (SCEE), National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), invites bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) V-2 from well-established Pakistani firms holding valid GST and Income Tax registration for the procurement of Lab Equipment.
2. Tender documents, containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions, are available on PPRA’s EPADS V-2. Interested firms are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/- through Pay Order or Bank Draft in favour of “SCEE-NUST Islamabad” before the bid opening date or on the date of opening.
3. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS V-2 in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents by 10 Nov 2026 at 1100 hours. The bids will be opened electronically on 10 Nov 2026 at 1130 hours in the SCEE Conference Room, NUST, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives who wish to attend.
4. If the bid opening date is declared a public holiday by the Government, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. NUST reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
