School of Chemical & Materials Engineering NUST Islamabad intends to purchase Lab Equipment & Project Equipment for SCME.

• Due to the ongoing COVID-19 (Second wave) epidemics situation in the country the management has decided to change the procedure or collection of bidding documents,therefoe,all interested and potential bidders are requested that instead of visiting personally, they may send their tender documents purchase request via below given email address enclosing therewith an application on their official letterhead along with scanned copy of DD of PKR 2000/- or deposit-slip in the bank HBL H-12 Sector NUST under designated Bank Account Number NUST SCME Self-Generated revenue Account;-0022927000641103 & FTN No.9013704-3 shall reach the office of undersigned latest by 09 April 2021 at 1100 hours. Technical Bids will be opened on 09 April 2021 at 1130 hrs in SCME Conference Room.
• Only GST Registered firms bids will be entertained who are active tax payer lists (ATL) on FBR List.
• All firms are requested to submit technical and financial bids separately for each department with complete firm details.
• Tender advertisement can be downloaded from NUST, PPRA & SCME websites.
• The Sealed bids complete in all respect must reach in the office of Chairman LPC along with earnest money 3% in shape of CDR (Sealed envelope in separate) in the favor of Principal SCME.
• SCME NUST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bids as per PPRA Rule 33 (1).
