SCME invites bids FOR SUPPLY OF PROJECT LAB EQUIPMENT

  1. School of Chemical & Materials Engineering (SCME) invites bids through e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) https://eprocure.gov.pk ” from the eligible bidders who are registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on “e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal system (E-PADS)”, having Income & Sales Tax registration and are on Active Taxpayers List on website https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration; in case of any technical difficulty in registration or using E-PADS, the prospective bidders may contact PPRA’s technical team.
  2. Bidding Documents containing detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be downloaded from E-PADS. All e-bids must be submitted through E-PADS. Manual submission without E-PADS will not be accepted/ entertained.

  1. In case opening date(s) is declared as a Public Holiday by the Government, the next working date shall be deemed to be the date for submission and opening of tender(s) at the same time.
  2. Tender documents containing terms & conditions along with detailed specifications will be available by 13 July 2026 at PPRA E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). https://eprocure.gov.pk/. The firms interested in participating are required following: –
  3. Register on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).
  4. Submit their bids in accordance with the instructions in bidding documents online on
  5. Dispatch the fee in the form of Pay Order / Bank draft amounting to Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of “SCME-NUST Islamabad” before opening date.
  6. Bid advertisement can also be downloaded from NUST, PPRA & SCME websites.
  7. Sealed bids shall be uploaded on E-Pad system as per the above stipulated date and time.
  8. Store Item will be delivered in SCME till Lab SCME at supplier own expenses/risk.
  9. SCME NUST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bids as per PPRA Rule 33
  10. No bid shall be accepted without tender document fee or submitted in person / through courier.
