SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF IT & NETWORK EQUIPMENT for CEME NUST

Tender

1. NUST College of E&ME Rawalpindi invites sealed bids (Single Stage Two Envelop) from well reputed Firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of IT & Network Equipment at NUST College of E&ME Rawalpindi as per detail available in tender documents.
2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at below mentioned address during working hours from 4 October 2021 to 19 October 2021. Same shall be obtained by submission of Pay Order/ Bank Draft of Rs. 5,000/- in favour of Commandant, College of E&ME Rawalpindi. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 20 October 2021 at 1000 hours in College of E&ME, Rawalpindi.
3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, along with earnest Money (i.e Rs. 0.4 million in the form of pay order / Bank Draft in favour of Commandant, College of E&ME Rawalpindi) must reach at under mentioned address before 1200 hours on 26 October 2021 and technical Bids shall be opened on the same day by 1230 hrs. Financial bids will be opened on 4 November 2021 at 1200 hours. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Board formed for procurement and available representatives of firms.
4. Procurement Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or make changes as per rules.
