Supply of furniture for newly constructed hostel CAE

1. College of Aeronautical Engineering (CAE) Risalpur, a constituent college of National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) invites sealed bids from the original manufactures/ authorized distributors/ suppliers/ Contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales tax Departments for supply of furniture for newly constructed hostel.
2. Bidding Documents containing the detailed terms & conditions, method of procurement, procedure of submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification/ rejection of bids, performance/ guarantee etc are available for the interested bidders at College of Aeronautical Engineering, Risalpur from 01 February, 2021 to 16 February, 2021 from 0800 hrs to 1500 hrs. Price of the bidding documents is Rs.1000/- (Non-refundable) in the form of cheque / bank draft in favor of College of Aeronautical Engineering.
3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach President Central Purchase Committee, CAE on or before 1200 hrs on 17 February 2021. The technical bids will be opened on 17 February 2021 at 1400 hrs. The financial bids will be opened at 1000 hrs on 18 February 2021.
