PROCUREMENT OF 8x INVERTER ACs (1 TON) FOR VARIOUS HOSTELS – NUST H-12 CAMPUS ISLAMABAD

1. NUST, Islamabad invites bids from financially sound, and technically competent suppliers/firms for “PROCUREMENT OF 8x INVERTER ACs (1 TON) FOR VARIOUS HOSTELS – NUST H-12 CAMPUS ISLAMABAD” who are registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on “e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal system (e-PADS)”.

2. Tender Processing Fee 5000/- as per Tender Document must be provided in original at the time of technical bid opening in the shape of Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of ‘NUST SGI Account, NUST H-12 Islamabad’.
3. The complete set of bidding documents containing description and detailed terms & conditions are available on E-PADS website (https://epads.gov.pk/). Bidders may obtain further information from P&LP Directorate, Near NT Park, NUST, H-12 Campus, Islamabad, Phone No: 051-90851649.
4. All e-bids must be submitted through EPADS as per above mention schedule.
5. NUST may reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid by invoking rule 33 of Public Rule (PPR) 2004.
