TENDER NOTICE

PURCHASE OF RFID CARDS AND CONSUMABLE ITEMS FOR REGISTRAR DTE

1. NUST hereby invites bids from reliable OEM/authorized suppliers for “Purchase of RFID Cards and Consumables Items for Registrar Dte, NUST H-12 Campus Islamabad” who are registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on “e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal system (E-PADS)”.

2. Tender Processing Fee of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) as per Tender Document must be provided physically in original at the time of bid opening in the shape of Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of ‘SGI Account, NUST H-12, Islamabad’.
3. The complete set of bidding documents containing description and detailed terms & conditions are available on E-PADS website (https://epads.gov.pk/). Bidders may obtain further information from P&LP Directorate, Near NT Park, NUST, H-12 Campus, Islamabad, Phone No: 051-90851637.
4. All e-bids must be submitted through EPADS as per above mention schedule.
5. NUST may reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid by invoking rule 33 of Public Rule (PPRA) 2004.
