School of Chemical & Materials Engineering NUST Islamabad intends to purchase Project Equipment for SCME.

• Tender documents for the items containing detailed Technical and others information terms & conditions can be collected on payment of Rs.3000/- (Non-refundable) in shape of bank draft from School of Chemical & Materials Engineering, NUST Islamabad during working hours (0900 to 1600) Monday to Friday from 18 April 2022 to 19 May 2022 till 1100 hrs. Bids shall reach the office of undersigned latest by 19 May 2022 at 1100 hours. Technical will be opened on 19 May 2022 at 1130 hrs in SCME Conference room & same day financial bids opening date will be announced. In case of ongoing COVID-19 (Six wave) epidemics situation, all interested and potential bidders are requested that instead of visiting personally, they may send their tender documents purchase request via below given email address enclosing therewith an application on their official letterhead along with scanned copy of DD of PKR 3000/- or deposit-slip in the bank  HBL H-12 Sector NUST under designated Bank Account Number NUST SCME Self-Generated revenue Account;-0022927000641103 & FTN No.9013704-3 shall reach the office of undersigned latest by 19 May 2022 at 1100 hours.
• Only GST Registered firms bids will be entertained who are active tax payer lists (ATL) on FBR List.
• All firms are requested to submit technical and financial bids separately for each department with complete firm details.
• Tender advertisement can be downloaded from NUST, PPRA & SCME websites.
• The Sealed bids complete in all respect must reach in the office of Chairman LPC along with earnest money 3% in shape of CDR (Sealed envelope in separate) in the favor of Principal SCME.
• SCME NUST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bids as per PPRA Rule 33 (1).
