RE-TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL COLLEGE LAB EQUIPMENT

NUST School of Health Sciences (NSHS) invites sealed quotations from well-established Pakistani Firms having active GST and Income Tax registration numbers for procurement of the Medical College Lab Equipment for the following labs: –

Terms and Conditions:

1. Tender documents can be obtained on payment of 3000/- (non-refundable) through DD/Pay Order in the name of “NSHS NUST” from P&LP Dte, NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad during working hours (09:00 to 16:00 hours).
2. All repair/services should be included in the quotation as specified in the Tender Documents.
3. Warranty against deliveries to be 12 months from the date of installation/Inspection
4. Technical & Financial quotations must be provided in separate envelopes.
5. Quotations are to be submitted latest by Monday, 06 Feb 2023 at 1030 hours. Tender will be opened at 1100 hours on the same day in Conference Room, P&LP Dte, NUST H- 12 Campus Islamabad.
6. The bids shall be valid for 120 working days from the date of submission.
7. The tender notice is only an invitation to offer and NSHS-NUST does not bind itself to accept any tender and reserves the right to reject any offer as per PPRA Rules.
