PURCHASE OF OFFICE/CLASSROOM EQUIPMENT EQPT FOR NUST BUSINESS SCHOOL (NBS)

1. NUST invites sealed bids from well reputed Firms, registered Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for supply, installation and commissioning of following Office/Classroom Equipment for NUST Business School (NBS) as per detail available in tender documents: –
2. Ricoh/Canon/Toshiba e studio Copier or equivalent
3. Laser Printers

2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications etc are available at below mentioned address / can be sent through E-mail. Tender fee shall be obtained as Pay Order / Bank Draft of Rs. 3000/- in favor of NBS, Islamabad.
3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at under mentioned address on or before 1100 hours on 6^th  May, 2024. Technical Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. Financial Bids of short listed shall be opened on 13^th May, 2024 at 1130 hours.
