The Board of Governors (Senate)

The general supervision and control of the affairs of the University, and the power to lay down the policies of the University, shall vest in a Board of
Governors.

The Board shall meet at least twice during a year for regular or scheduled meetings and may meet at any other time at which a special meeting
thereof may be called by the chairman of the Board.

Composition: The composition of the Board shall be the same as given in sub section (1) of section 12 of the Act and as amended from time to time.
