Dr Muhammad Adeel Riaz was awarded scholarship during Nov 2006 for Kings College London, UK under NUST Faculty Development Programme for PhD in “Dental Materials”. He had signed a bond to serve NUST for 05 years after completion of his PhD but he did not join NUST to fulfill his bond obligations.

Till date, the scholar has neither joined back NUST nor refunded the amount spent on him, which makes him defaulter of the Government of Pakistan.
