Mr Muhammad Atif was awarded scholarship during Oct 2006 for Australian National University (ANU), Australia under NUST Faculty Development Programme for PhD in “Robotics & Automation”. He had signed a bond to serve NUST for 05 years after completion of PhD but he did not join back NUST to fulfill his bond obligations.

Till date, the scholar has neither joined back NUST nor refunded the amount spent on him, which makes him defaulter of the Government of Pakistan.
