Mr. Kashif Mushtaq
Mr. Kashif Mushtaq proceeded to Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Portugal for Under PM Program for development in Science & Technology during 2015. He has signed a bond to serve NUST for 05 years after completion of her PhD but he did not join NUST to fulfil her bond obligations. Till date, the scholar has neither joined back NUST nor refunded the amount as per bond obligations, which makes her defaulter of the NUST/ Government of Pakistan.
