Syed Ali Abbas Zaidi
Syed Ali Abbas Zaidi was awarded scholaship during Aug 2006 for Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden under NUST Faculty Development Programme for MS/MPhil leading to PhD in “Wireless Systems”. He had signed a bond to serve NUST for 05 years after completion of his PhD but he did not join NUST to fulfill his bond obligations.
Till date, the scholar has neither joined back NUST nor refunded the amount spent on him, which makes him defaulter of the Government of Pakistan.
