Syed Zeeshan Ali was awarded scholarship during Sep 2007 for University of Manchester, UK, under NUST Faculty Development Programme for PhD in “Computer Science”. He had signed a bond to serve NUST for 05 years after completion of his PhD but he did not join NUST to fulfill his bond obligations.

Till date, the scholar has neither joined back NUST nor refunded the amount spent on him, which makes him defaulter of the Government of Pakistan.
