Mr. Tauseef Ahmed was awarded scholarship during September 2009 for University of Southampton, UK under British Council INSPIRE Project/NUST Faculty Development Programme for PhD. He had signed a bond to serve NUST for 05 years after completion of his PhD but he did not join NUST to fulfill his bond obligations.

Till date neither he joined back NUST nor refunded any amount which makes him defaulter of the Govt. of Pakistan.
